„10 RUNNING in Budapest” is a special 7 week preparation program for runners who will run one of the most visited and most beautiful races in the region – 30. WizzAir Budapest Half marathon which will be held on September 13, in Budapest, Hungary. With runners, RUNNING team will be working on daily basis for 7 weeks, especially our highly qualified coaches Ivan Čurović and Predrag Radojković.

Basic program ( except of personal counseling and daily communication on the subjects of nutrition, motivation, running techniques, etc.) includes three training sessions a week: one circular strength, stabilization and stretching training within our modern and fully equipped spaces (Sundays 10:00h DKC Majdan), one interval training (Wednesdays 19:30h SCOlimp) and one long distance running training (Fridays 19:30h Ada Ciganlija lake).
Testing of the runners will be held on July 26, at 10AM at Majdan, after which everyone receives personal training plan.
In the course of the program everyone who doesn’t attend our joint training is required to do the training individually and report to our coaches by using the closed Whatsapp or Facebook group that we have made for these purposes or via e-mail also phone. As in the previous preparation programs, some of the stabilization, strength and stretching sessions will be carried out in cooperation with Belgrade climbing club as well as Yoga Association of Serbia and Kyokushin karate Association of Serbia. In addition to professional preparation for the race, we will have yet another lecture on runner’s nutrition.
Registration fee for the 10RUNNING program is 5,500 dinars and excludes fee for participation in the race. Applications can be sent until 12PM on the 25th of July when we will call the fastest 10 applicants for testing.
